Products & Craftsmanship

Are Santamaria shirts bespoke or ready-made?

We offer both ready-made shirts and fully bespoke garments. Bespoke shirts are individually designed and tailored from your personal measurements.

What fabrics do you use?

We work with over 1,000 fabrics from renowned Italian and European mills, including Thomas Mason, Loro Piana, Rubinelli, and others.

How are bespoke shirts made?

Each bespoke shirt begins with an in-person fitting, followed by the creation of a unique pattern. The shirt is then handcrafted in Spain from start to finish.

Sizing & Fit

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, creating an account allows us to securely store your measurements and preferences for future orders.

What if my shirt doesn’t fit?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your first shirt does not fit as expected, we will remake it for you and donate the original shirt to charity.

Bespoke Appointments

How long does a bespoke appointment take?

Appointments last approximately one hour.

Is there a minimum order for bespoke shirts?

No, there is no minimum order for bespoke garments.

How much does a bespoke shirt cost?

Fully bespoke shirts start from £185.

How long does delivery take for bespoke orders?

Delivery is typically around four weeks from your fitting appointment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping is charged at a flat rate, with a reduced rate for accessories. International shipping is also offered at a fixed rate.

Which courier do you use?

All orders are shipped via DHL and include tracking.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you by email.
