Although every shirt we make is custom made just for you, we understand custom sizing can be a challenge. If your first shirt doesn't fit, we'll make you a completely new one - and we will donate the original shirt to charity. We might need to contact you via phone or email to make sure we get it right.
|I do not think the sizing I have received is correct. What can I do?||if our tailors have made a mistake during the hand-cutting or hand-stitching, we will be happy to remake your order. You don't even need to return the shirt. Simply take a photo of the incorrect measurement so that we can double check we're working to the same guidelines.|

|How long does my remake take?||As soon as the sizing or changes are confirmed, the order will resume and be expedited to arrive within the normal three week timeframe. We appreciate that waiting for a remake can be a tiresome experience. However, please remember that we are making a brand new shirt and three weeks is our fastest turnaround time to provide you with the highest quality product available.|
|How many remakes can I get?||If there is no mistake on our part, we offer a single free remake on your first order. As all our shirts are hand-made for you and our returns go to charity, we are unable to operate an unlimited exchange policy. We will do our best to help you get the correct fit on your first order and we are always here to help if you're unsure or need suggestions.|
