| How much is shipping? | All shirts are shipped from our tailors in Spain and the postage to the UK is a flat rate of £9.90. For orders with only accessories Delivery to the UK is a flat rate of £3.95 for first class recorded delivery. International shipping is a flat rate of £20. |
| Where can you ship orders? | Our shipping partner DHL ships off our tailors' table to your door, anywhere in the world. We email a tracking number, which can be tracked via DHL.com two - three days before your package arrives. |
| How long will my shirt take to arrive? | About 3 weeks due to the unique approach and fine-tuning your shirt receives. We have a small space in Spain where our tailors take their work seriously. |
| How can I check the status of my order? | If you created an account, you can sign in and under your Order History you can see if your order is In Process or Shipped (with a tracking number). You can also email us at help@santamariashirtmakers.com and we will contact our Operations team to find out the status of your order. |
