Payment & Billing Policy
Most major Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full when placing your order, before we create your product since we are not your normal retail store where we hold inventory that we cross our fingers to sell. All goods remain the property of Santamaria Shirtmakers until paid for in full. If there is an occurrence in that a transaction was invalid, but you received goods anyway, we reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid or to retrieve the goods sent to you. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all (including incidental) costs. In the event of frequent invalid payments caused by the Client and not a cause by the credit and transaction companies, we may terminate your account and refuse future services to you.
